The Role In A Nutshell

You will work as part of warehouse team picking and packing customer orders, booking goods in and dealing with returns. You will pick and pack e-commerce orders to a high-quality standard to ensure our customers receive the very best service.

You will be trained in each area by one of our experienced members and work as part of our diverse team who have a mix of experience, some who have been with the business for over 10 years. Our warehouse environment may not be as you’d expect! It’s a far cry from heavy lifting equipment, with shifts that run late into the night.

  • Processing Returns
  • Working closely with our Customer Services Team

We are looking for new team members who are efficient, proactive and easily adaptable. You must share our passion for providing a great service to our customers and have a great attitude to learning new things. We want a multi skilled and adaptable workforce who can be flexible and efficient! We place more value on enthusiasm and a good attitude to work than experience in a warehouse setting, although this is always useful!

PLEASE NOTE:

This initially is a 0 hours contract. After 2-month probation, you will have some guaranteed hours and BONUS. However, normally you can expect to work full-time/part-time, depending on your choice. Contracts will auto renew, so you are not expected to lose your job at the end of it.

Pay starts at £9.41 and go up to £11 depending on Monthly Team BONUS (5%-20%)
