As a Telephone Answering Service Agent, you will be part of a small and highly dynamic team who provide virtual receptionist services to over a thousand of our clients on a daily basis, providing an excellent first point of contact for our customers' clients, taking messages and forwarding them through in a timely and efficient manner while promoting a positive experience back to the caller of the company they are trying to reach. With over 1000 clients on this service, you can expect the calls to be fast paced and busy! No two days are the same!
Your day to day responsibilities will include taking calls and forwarding messages in a timely and efficient manner and assisting both our postal sorting team and main office staff as and when required.
The right candidate for this role will:
- Have excellent organisational skills
- Have strong customer service or receptionist skills
- Have an excellent telephone manner
- Play close attention to detail to ensure accuracy in message taking
- Be keen on promoting a positive experience to callers to promote repeat use of our clients' services.
