Sykes Cottages are now seeking our newest Managed Services Specialist to join our Managed Services team at our Chester head office.

Our newest Managed Services Specialist will sit at the heart of our wider Property Recruitment team, reporting directly to our Managed Services Manager alongside our fast-paced, dedicated team of Specialists. The role of the Managed Service Specialist will see you deliver individual and team goals to deliver and expand the managed service network to new and existing Sykes and Hogans owners and properties.

As our Managed Service Specialist, you will be responsible for growing our network of suppliers, matching relevant suppliers with properties, encouraging suppliers to increase their services and refer potential new property leads to the property recruitment teams.

The role of Managed Services Specialist will also see you monitor customer feedback through NPS scores and managing suppliers effectively will be the key to success. Effective account management will highlight any issues in a proactive manner to pre-empt any concerns the owner may have.

You will be responsible for developing new relationships with added value suppliers for the benefit of new and existing owners is also key, through research, networking and building relationships.

Measurement of success is recognised through additional properties utilising the service, decrease in lapsed rate, measured in line with existing Sykes calculations, and supplier, owner and property NPS.

Demonstrating key positive and collaborative behaviours in line with the Sykes company values and leading by example is essential to this position with the ideal candidate holding experience in effective account management, be able to prioritise their workload accordingly, and have excellent levels of customer service.   • Account management of a portfolio of suppliers, owners and properties
  • Develop the Managed Service network to increase the number of suppliers and number properties utilising the service
  • Feedback to relevant department on improvements based on staff/owner feedback
  • Understand all organisation’s products, services, procedures, guidelines.
  • To create an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking and a collaborative approach
  • A flexible approach to the role is required and the ability to move around the business should this be required
  • Any other duties as are within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job
