We are looking for a Senior Administrator to join our team on . Bringing the right person into HSS Training team is very important and we need to make sure the successful candidate can adhere to our core values. You will report directly into our Sales Director and be responsible for ensuring all customer documentation, quotations and order processes are completed quickly, efficiently and precisely.
Firstly, we Make It Safe. We want someone who has our colleague and customers safety at the forefront of everything they do.
We Make It Happen. You will need strong organisational skills and have the ability communicate with different people across the business by phone or email. You will support the team with queries and manage the mailbox ensuring that all work is done to the best of your ability whilst also replying to Requests For Quotes (RFO's), submitting invoices and processing orders/
