The Lodge (the reception of the College) is the hub of College activities and is the face of the College to the outside world. The College seeks to employ a friendly and reliable Lodge Receptionist to complement our busy team.

The main purpose of the role is to provide a high-quality customer service to students, fellows, visitors, contractors and staff. Duties include providing a friendly and professional welcome to visitors, responding to enquiries and requests, dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, carrying out H&S and security checks, and issuing keys.

Essential Criteria: Experience in customer facing role, Good standard of education, Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills, Ability to manage a variable workload, Basic computer literacy, Awareness of and ability to comply with the requirements of confidentiality and Data protection, Reliability, honesty and trustworthy, Sensitivity and discretion, Adaptability and flexibility, Self confidence and ability to relate to and liaise appropriately with wide range of people, Ability to develop excellent work relationships in a small team.
