Business Coordinator

Surface Medic Limited are looking to recruit a Business Coordinator to join its growing customer service team. Surface Medic Limited provide cosmetic surface repairs across a multitude of businesses across the UK.

We are looking for a driven individual with experience in customer service and administration who is highly organized with a can-do attitude.

The role will be office based at our HQ in Fulwood, Preston. The position would suit someone with a confident telephone manner and competent IT skills.

The role will include co-ordination of the diary for multiple technicians of both directly employed and franchisee’s. The ideal candidate will be able to build good working relationships with not only technicians, but clients also.

Responsibilities include:

· Call handling inbound and outbound

· Establish and maintain relationships with franchisee’s, technicians and clients

· Daily management of diaries

· Dealing with customers and setting expectations for repair outcomes and appointments

· Updating multiple CRM systems

· To maintain a calm and positive demeanor while speaking and dealing with customer dissatisfactions.
