We have an opportunity for full and part time customer service advisors to join our team at Blake’s Kitchen due to continued growth in the business. Our front of house team take pride in delivering excellent customer service and interacting with customers.
You will need to be passionate about great food and drink, creating an engaging and positive atmosphere with the team. We are a busy café and bakery and you will need to be able to work cleanly, calmly and efficiently. You will need to thrive on being centre stage and confident, making sure every customer receives a great welcome and smile. You will need to be able to accept and manage online orders as well as click and collect orders. You will need to take responsibility in ensuring our allergen process is followed at all times. As well as all the above you will need to take responsibility in ensuring our bar and shop is clean, well stocked and ready for service at all times. Full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
